I want to teach a sponsee, more about detachment- and was searching for books and or articles
about it. I felt like I was going around and around in circles looking for "approved" literature.
maybe I can do a search on here and find blogs, with references...I love Hazeldon but I really would like some more hard core " bottom line " work. I have done my detachment work through AA, and ACOA steps and meetings-we can always learn more! Please post suggestions, thanks!

THE WAY TO LOVE, from the last meditations of Anthony De Mello. For me, it is the definitive book (fits in your pocket, cost about $8) on "attachments, and how to recognize then, and how to DEtach from them. It is warmly written full of easily understood analogies, etc.
De Mello is (was, he died about 1980) a Jesuit Priest, but do not let that frighten you from a WEALTH of information on how to live with, and how to love, without being a codependent.....
If I had you address, I'd sure SEND you one. We gave then out as Christmas presents a couple years ago.
